I do not know why I have stuck to the Les enfants terribles -thingy. I love such Die Ausgesperrten of Elfriede Jelinek and I am very fond of Bande à part and The Dreamers , Which is similar in many ways, something that perhaps above all manifested in Louvre -scene that can be seen in both films. Then there is Jules et Jim and Les amours Imaginaire , which is so rightly called a hipsterversion of the former. Perhaps these works reminds me of the evening when I was out at a club with a kiss cat and arch-nerd and a guy came up to us and asked who he would face (we was surely all dressed in striped and similar styles), and every night as we sat and drank rum and cola in my old dorm room.

By the way måste Michael Haneke filmatisera Die Ausgesperrten . Tänk dig en blandning mellan Jules och Jim och Funny Games . Det skulle vara typ världens bästa film. Se bara vad Haneke gjorde med Pionolärarinnan , liksom! Låter förresten en liten smula som Bande à part när jag tänker efter, men bara litet ...
